We held a very successful community input "kickoff meeting" on Tuesday, February 4th to review the unique history of Black Meadow Ridge and the details of the current development proposal. The meeting room at the Durham County North Regional Library was packed to capacity, as community members discussed key issues relating to flooding, traffic, impacts on West Point Park, watershed and other environmental impacts, and more. We broke out into work groups to brainstorm next steps and collect concerns. HUGE THANK YOU'S to all who attended, and be sure to sign up for the mailing list at the bottom of this page to stay informed and hear about other upcoming initiatives!
